Palma the Way It Should Feel

Swiftaastro sits on a quiet cobbled street two blocks from the cathedral, close enough to feel the pulse of the city, far enough to sleep deeply at night. We have eighteen rooms and suites, each finished in hand-applied terracotta plaster and soft cream linen that catches the afternoon Mediterranean light in a way that's hard to photograph and impossible to forget. Our team of seven has worked here long enough to know which fisherman delivers the best catch on a Tuesday, which walking route avoids the midday crowds, and exactly when the light over the bay turns gold. That knowledge is yours the moment you check in.

Everything Handled, Nothing Overlooked

Four reasons guests return to Swiftaastro year after year.

Personal concierge from day one

Before you arrive, your dedicated concierge reaches out to learn what matters to you — restaurant preferences, island day-trips, a quiet morning with good coffee. Nothing is left to chance.

Rooms designed for genuine rest

Terracotta walls, blackout linen shutters, and hand-selected mattresses mean you actually sleep. Every room has a private terrace or a deep courtyard-facing window with a view worth waking up to.

Curated Mallorcan experiences

From private sailing at dusk to a family-run olive grove tour in the Tramuntana, we arrange access to corners of the island most visitors never find — always at a pace that suits you.

Dining that reflects the island

Our breakfast table is loaded with local produce — ensaïmada from the baker three doors down, Mallorcan sobrassada, seasonal fruit from the market. Evening in-room dining uses the same suppliers.

“I asked the concierge for a quiet beach on a Saturday in August — the hardest brief imaginable. He texted me coordinates for a cove near Cala Murta that had maybe twelve people on it. That single moment made the whole holiday. I have stayed at Swiftaastro three times since.”

Why the Terracotta-Cream Interior Matters

Colour is not decoration here — it is a decision. The warm terracotta-cream palette we chose for every public space and guest room draws on the ochre stone and handmade ceramic tile traditions of Mallorca. It reads differently in morning light versus evening candlelight, which means the hotel genuinely changes throughout the day without any effort from us or from you. Interior designer Marta Ferrer, who grew up in Sóller, spent four months sourcing the exact plaster pigment from a workshop in Felanitx. The result is a hotel that does not look like a colour-matched PDF — it looks like it belongs here.
