When you book with Swiftaastro, you receive a short preferences questionnaire three weeks before arrival. It takes four minutes to fill in. Based on your answers, your dedicated concierge puts together a suggested itinerary — completely optional, entirely adjustable — that fits your pace, your interests, and the weather window for your stay. We do not sell excursion packages. We make calls, arrange access, and walk you through the logic of each suggestion so you can make the final call. Some guests take everything we suggest; others use us purely to find one good restaurant. Both are fine. The point is that the knowledge is available.
Experiences Guests Have Asked Us to Arrange
These are real examples from the past two seasons — not aspirational copy, but things we have actually done.
Private sailing at sunset
A three-hour private charter leaving from the port, rounding the coast toward Cap de Ses Salines, and returning after the sun drops below the Tramuntana ridge. We work with two skippers we trust personally. Catering on board arranged on request.
Tramuntana walking with a local guide
A half-day route through the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountain range with a guide who has been walking these trails since childhood. Difficulty level is matched to your group. Private transport from the hotel door included.
Wine tasting at a family bodega
A visit to a small family-run winery in Binissalem, the heart of Mallorca's wine country. The owner pours six labels while explaining why the island's soil produces wines that do not taste like anything from the Spanish mainland.
Early-morning photography walk
A guided walk through Palma's old town starting at 6:45 am, when the light on the terracotta stonework is extraordinary and the streets are empty. Led by a local photographer. Maximum four participants.
Market to table cooking class
Begin at the Mercat de l'Olivar at 9 am choosing seasonal produce, then spend two hours in a private kitchen learning three traditional Mallorcan recipes with a chef who has been cooking this food since before it became fashionable.
“I am not usually someone who lets hotels plan my days. But the concierge at Swiftaastro sent me a two-paragraph note explaining the Tramuntana walk and why the guide was worth meeting — not a brochure, just a genuine recommendation. The walk was the best four hours of the trip. I did not expect to feel that way.”

What We Do Not Arrange
It is worth being honest: some things fall outside what we do well. We do not have relationships with every venue on the island, and for large group bookings of more than twelve people we may not be able to match the same level of personal arrangement. We also cannot guarantee availability for high-demand experiences in July and August — popular sunset charters, for example, book six to eight weeks out regardless of our involvement. If your trip has specific priorities, tell us as early as possible and we will give you an honest read on what is achievable before you commit to dates.
