How Each Room Was Put Together
No two rooms at Swiftaastro are identical. When we renovated the building in 2019, we worked around the original nineteenth-century stone walls rather than against them — which means some rooms have an arched alcove above the bed, others a recessed reading corner, and one has a freestanding copper bathtub positioned to catch the morning sun. All eighteen share the same warm terracotta-cream finish, the same blackout linen shutters, and the same standard of mattress and pillow. The differences are in the layout and the view. Our concierge team is happy to walk you through the options and match you to the room that fits your trip — whether you need a desk that actually works or a terrace big enough for breakfast outdoors.

Deluxe Room
Thirty square metres with a private terrace overlooking the rooftops of the old town. The terrace fits a small breakfast table for two and stays in shade until midday — perfect for a slow morning in the Mallorcan heat.
Junior Suite
Forty-four square metres with a separate sitting area, a king bed, and a full terrace. The bathroom features the copper soaking tub that has appeared in more guest photographs than any other detail in the hotel.
Rooftop Suite
Sixty square metres on the top floor with a private rooftop terrace, an outdoor shower, and an unobstructed view across the cathedral spires to the bay. Available from April to October. Our most requested room — we recommend booking at least three months ahead.
What's Included in Every Stay
Every room includes daily housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, filtered still and sparkling water replenished twice daily, and access to our morning breakfast service featuring local Mallorcan producers. Guests also receive the Swiftaastro city map — a single folded sheet we update each season with the places our team actually uses: the bar where the locals go on a Thursday, the market stall with the best Mallorcan almonds, the quiet square that does not appear in guidebooks. It is a small thing, but most guests tell us it is what makes the difference between visiting Palma and actually knowing it.
