You can contact Swiftaastro by email, phone, or the form below. For booking enquiries we prefer email — it gives us the space to give you a proper answer rather than a rushed one. If you have a time-sensitive question, the phone line is staffed from 08:00 to 22:00 every day, and until 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. For guests who are already staying with us, your concierge's direct number is in the welcome card in your room. We aim to respond to all written enquiries within four business hours. Palma is one hour ahead of London and seven hours ahead of New York, so if you are writing from outside Europe, please expect your reply the following morning your time.

Check-out: by 12:00
Late check-out until 14:00 is available on Sundays and Mondays when capacity allows. If you have an evening flight, we can hold your luggage and arrange a comfortable place to spend your final afternoon.
Pets
We welcome well-behaved dogs in our ground-floor classic rooms. A supplement applies. Please mention your dog when booking so we can prepare the room appropriately and note any routing that avoids the courtyard breakfast area.
Accessibility
Two ground-floor rooms are fully step-free and served by a lift. The rooftop suite and upper-floor terraces are not accessible by lift. If accessibility is important for your stay, let us know and we will walk you through the exact layout.
