Swiftaastro is an eighteen-room boutique hotel occupying a nineteenth-century townhouse on Carrer de Sant Miquel in Palma's historic old town, a two-minute walk from the Basílica de Sant Francesc. We opened in 2014 and have been quietly building a reputation for concierge-led hospitality ever since — not as a marketing angle, but as a structural choice. Every member of the team carries a portfolio of personal contacts on the island: restaurateurs, skippers, winemakers, guides, and market vendors who we send guests to because we know the quality firsthand, not because there is a commission arrangement. We serve leisure travellers, couples, and small groups of friends who want to experience Mallorca properly rather than efficiently. Our rooms are finished in the warm terracotta-cream palette that defines the hotel's visual identity, drawing directly from the island's ochre stone and handmade ceramic tile tradition.

Our core team of seven has an average tenure of five years. That continuity matters more than it sounds — it means the person who checks you in has probably arranged something similar to what you need before, knows which supplier to call on a Sunday morning, and will still be here when you return the following year. We operate on the principle that a concierge who tells you something is not possible is more useful than one who oversells and disappoints. We are a ten-year-old hotel in a competitive Mediterranean city, and our guest return rate — nearly forty percent of bookings are from previous guests — is the figure we are most proud of. We do not offer airport transfers, and we are not the right hotel for large event groups: our eighteen rooms and single-courtyard layout are better suited to stays where quiet and personal attention matter more than conference facilities or a rooftop pool open to walk-in visitors.
